Who handles your data

The Full RFID website is operated by Full Code Tecnologia, based in Ji-Paraná (RO), Brazil, which is the controller of the personal data processed here under Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law 13,709/2018). For any privacy matter, write to [email protected].

What we collect and why

  • Quote request: name, CNPJ, email, WhatsApp, CEP (postal code), delivery address and the products you chose. We use them to prepare and send the proposal and to talk to you about it.
  • Visit source: the link, campaign or site that brought you here. It stays in your browser for up to 90 days and is sent with the quote request, so we know which channel works.
  • Cart: the products you add are saved in your browser until you send the request or clear the cart.
  • Cookieless traffic statistics: Cloudflare, which protects and delivers the site, counts visits and measures page speed without setting cookies or identifying you.
  • Measurement and ads, only with your consent: Google Analytics records pages viewed, products opened, quote requests and contact clicks. Google Ads uses this information to show Full RFID ads to people who have visited the site.

Cookies

Google Analytics and Google Ads cookies are only set after you click "Accept" on the cookie notice. If you decline, the site keeps working normally, and Google only receives cookieless signals that don't identify you. You can change your choice at any time.

Who we share data with

We use providers that process data on our behalf: Vercel (site hosting), Cloudflare (delivery, security and cookieless traffic statistics), Resend (sending the quote request email) and Google (Analytics and Ads, with your consent). The CEP entered in the request is looked up on ViaCEP to fill in the address. We do not sell personal data.

How long we keep it

Quote requests are kept for as long as there is a business relationship or a legal obligation. Google Analytics data follows the retention period set in our Google account.

Your rights

You can ask us to confirm that we process your data, and request access, correction, deletion, portability and information about sharing, as well as withdraw your consent. Just write to [email protected].
